A workshop and office set up on the premises of Shunan Steel Works of Nisshin Steel Co., Ltd. and engaged full-time in subcontracting work
December 1960 (Showa 35) Reorganized as Suetake Industrial Co., Ltd.
Capital increased to 1,000,000 yen
September 1964 (Showa 39) Capital increased to 4,000,000 yen
